Many skills are needed to ensure our fundraising events remain successful. Your passion will be a welcome addition.

Summer Reading Program Assistant

Help students choose a book to read for the following week. Activity booklets are provided. Share one morning each week and meet our great kids! Help them get excited about reading during the summer and encourage them to complete their booklet.

Grounds and Maintenance

Beautification and General Maintenance

We always need help with:

  • Mowing
  • Wood Cutting & Stacking
  • Raking
  • Stall Cleaning
  • Pasture Clean Up
  • Building Maintenance
  • Gardening (flower beds)
  • All Around Beautification

Hay Team

We put up the equivalent of over 2800 bales of hay each summer to feed our herd of program horses for a year. As the old adage says, you've got to, "Make hay while the sun shines." When our supplier calls, we have to get the hay and get it in our barn. 

We would love to have a crew to call to help us. Do you like to "do hay?" Or, are you looking for a summer work out? We could certainly use your help!

Instructor Assistant/Parent Liaison

Help Instructors Communicate Important Information to Parents/Caregivers

Sometimes it isn't possible for our instructors to personally interact with parents and caregivers for the purpose of relaying information about upcoming events. It would be very helpful to have someone to help convey this information. We would ask you to choose one day per week during our lesson season. All information would be provided to you.
